CCSM did not get automatically added

Hi, 

I current have my CCSA, CCSE, CCTA and a few days ago I got my CCCS. 
I did get an email that my CCSE date was extended by an extra year (so 3 years?)

But I would have expected the CCSM to get added since I did 2 infinity exams. 

Any ideas?

Which order were the exams completed in?

Note sometimes the process can take a few weeks.

The order was CCSA, CCTA, CCSE and then CCCS.

Officially you need to pass the two specialization exams _after_ the CCSE to qualify.

But that's a bit insane isn't it? Because I did the same exams in a different order, I suddenly don't qualify?

Because if I switched the CCTA and CCSE around, I would have qualified?

Hello Ricardo,

The CCSM was not awarded because the certifications were obtained out of order as outlined in our Certification FAQ - sk163417

Being that the CCTA was 6 months before the CCSE, we can make an exception and award the CCSM. Expect to get the notification later today.

I am in the same boat as well, but i have completed the CCTA,CCSE and CCTE all in a little over a month, the last one being yesterday (24/01/2025). Please help. Many thanks.
