Just heard yesterday in an update to ATCs that CCSA/CCSE study guides are currently under development.  For now just look at the covered topics in the course description and my post here:

Just checked the ATC partner portal and don't see anything, this is definitely a @Jason_Tugwell question.

Currently there are datasheets with an outline of each, and the official courseware.
