TE/TX User Check Message
Hello Experts,
I recently enabled MTA for one of our clients and all is working well, however they started receiving some emails in junk folder of their mail gateway. The email flow is CP -> Mail gateway -> Internal exchange servers.
These emails are not categorized as spam by CP nor are the attachments malicious but when the email is delivered to the mail gateway it goes directly to spam and we were suspecting the usercheck message could be causing this on the mail gateway. It might be seeing the same repetitive message on all emails and thus classifying it as spam or something.
Is there a way in which i can remove that message entirely for all emails? Let me know.
