Atonomous Threat Prevention Service isn't working

Hi all,

I'm trying to do a checkpoint course. In that course the Autonomous Policy is a subject.
Opening it in SMS I get the message: Atonomous Threat Prevention Service isn't working

I searched this site and found some posts about stop and start the service etc.
I think it is not installed at all .. is that possible?

What can I check or do to get this running?

I'm working with 1 SMS and 2 SG R81.10, open server in EVE-ng virtual environment.
If you need more info, please let me know. I'm fairly new to this all ...

Thank you for the link, I'll definitely try to find the answer there

I checked. When I open cli on the SMS and hit tab, there is no atp or itp in the list....
I think it is no installed or something ....

So sorry, forgot to mention yesterday. I did a test in R82 lab, no issues.

I have Smart console R81.10.9600.428> I just started it, only SMS active no SG's ..... it works!!!
I'm going to see what happens whem teh SG's are online

Yea, so definitely worked in my lab, but it is just R82 standalone, so certainly different from yours.
