Introducing CheckMatesAI

Over the last day or so, you might have seen a few comments generated by @CheckMatesAI on a few posts.
These posts are generated with help from our Infinity AI Copilot (the same one that's available on Support Center) using the subject and body of a topic post as the prompt.
No other data is sent to Infinity AI Copilot.
Based on the data returned from AI Copilot, a comment is added to the relevant post.
It includes a notice that the response came from Infinity AI Copilot.

Currently, this is being done in a controlled manner (i.e. triggered manually) on selected topic posts only.
In the future, we may extend and/or automate this functionality.

Just my honest feedback...I am not a big fan of this at all, but guess thats the world we live in 🙂

@PhoneBoy Customer asked me last week, forgot to ask yesterday in R82 session...any idea when copilot AI might be included in regular smart console?

A pre-requisite to use AI Copilot in SmartConsole is to connect your on-prem management to Infinity Portal.
However, I don't believe this is available yet, but likely in an upcoming jumbo.

K, I see. But will it be available in regular smart console if using on prem mgmt, without having to connect to infinity portal?

Note with the launch of CheckMatesAI, we have discontinued the previous beta of CheckMates ChatGPT that was exposed to a handful of users.

@PhoneBoy Apologies if this may sound like a stupid/dumb/silly (or all 3 together lol) question, but isnt CheckMatesAI the same thing as infinity AI copilot?

I know you said some posts are generated with the help of copilot, but to me, when I compare answers I get in 2 platforms, they are literally 95% the same, just some wording might be different, which to me, does not at all change the context of the answer.

CheckMatesAI is using the Infinity AI Copilot backend to answer questions.
Therefore, I would expect the answers to be the same or similar.
Even when I ask AI Copilot the exact same question on SupportCenter, there are slight variations in how the question is answered.
