HTTPS Inspection

Hi we are trying to access https://www.invoicemart.com/  website, the website is accessible but after log in with the username and password the below error occurs.

We have enabled the HTTPS inspection and also configured the BYPASS rule for the URL but also the issue persist.

But when we disable the HTTPS blade we can able to login to the page.

Hi,

What version are you on?

Did you use www.invoicemart.com AND neo.invoicemart.com in the bypass rule?
Does SmartLog provide any relevant information?

I know its not best way to do this, but what if you bypass *invoicemart*?

I get that, but just curious, what exactly did you bypass? Can you confirm?

Hi,

You can use Fiddler or HTTP Watch to see what is going on.

Without insights in your configuration and logs, it is hard for us to point you in the right dirtection.
We need more info.

You need to use wildcards and all set up categories to bypass in the SSL inspection module.

Ex. *.invoicemart.com
