Ticket System - SmartConsole Extension |

With this extension, you can open a ticket in your ticket system with one click in the SmartConsole.
1) Open the rule in the "Access Control Policy" area.
2) Add the URL of your ticket system in the summary tab under "Ticket Requester:".
3) In the "Ticket" area you can now open the URL of the ticket by clicking on "open".
For a better understanding you can follow the points 1 to 3 in the picture.

To import an extension:
The Import SmartConsole Extension window opens.
Note - When the hosting server uses an invalid SSL certificate (self-signed), it prompts an Invalid Certificate confirmation window. Confirm the server's fingerprint against the SSL certificate which runs the Extension by selecting View Certificate. On the Certificate window, you can enable trust for this certificate with a click on Install Certificate to use the Certificate Import Wizard.

We use OTRS and have integrated the plugin. So far, everything works very well.
