What is the highest amount of logs that can be sent daily to Smart-1 cloud?

Hey guys,

Had customer ask me this the other day, I just did not have chance to call Account services yet about it, so figured maybe someone here may know.

Any idea what would be the highest amount of logs in GB that can be "ingested" into S1C daily or monthly? They were wondering if there is an unlimited tier (for the lack of better term) for something like this, though I could not find it online myself.

Tx as always.

Andy

Got an update from TAC that customer would also have an option to purchase "custom" log quota, if need be.

From what I can gather from it is that Storage is no longer limited to specific number of GB, and logs are retained for 3 months by default and can be increased to 6 or 12 months with additional purchase.  To confirm the allowed daily ingestion of logs in GB / day the cloud team would need the specific SKUs of the product. I can then pass along in the ticket and have them confirm the allowed daily ingestion of logs in GB / day for the SKU.  It appears they will need the actual SKUs of the product and then they will be able to provide the allowed daily ingestion of logs in GB / day, the number of GWs that can be managed, and what services are included (Compliance, Smart Event and Reporter) as each SKU would have its own limitations.

You know, one thing I found a bit odd was when I called Account services and gave the guy I was speaking with client's UC account number, he told me that he could not see anything on their account related to log quota for S1C. So, he created TAC case, I told him just set it as lowest priority, so lets see what they come back with, but since what you sent me is good enough, Im okay with it : - )

Bets,

Andy
