Smart-1 cloud smart event question

Hey guys,

Wondering if someone can confirm if this is evan possible for smart event in S1C environment. Essentially, to make a long story short, we have a customer that would like to modify email address where reports come from, but oddly enough, though our SOC team gets daily emails for 4 reports, we cant figure out at all where this would have been configured to begin with, as you cant sadly open separate smart console session for smart event, like you can for on-prem. It even says in below admin guide about those limitations. My colleague and I tried editing few reports, but when we go to email part, nothing configured there.

We also created TAC case, but no progress so far.

Any suggestions are welcome.

What if you configure the reports and try to change the email from field from onprem SmartConsole or Streamed SmartConsole?

I suspect cloud limitation. But still worth to check solution here: https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/Management/SmartConsole-Send-by-Email-function-not-showing-Email...

Maybe you are not the ''owner'' of the report

Im definitely not the "owner".  Let me check with my colleague about it, because even when I edit scheduled report option, email field is totally empty, nothing there.

Oddly enough, even if I create test report as scheduled, that option is still greyed out, does not let me edit emamil recepients. Im sure since email server needs to be defined..

If it's possible to do this at all, I suspect it would require a TAC case.

We did, but what TAC engineer told us is what we had already tried.

Let me see if we can organize remote session with TAC to verify all this.
