there is no video image from the video recorder when traffic passes through the checkpoint

there is no possibility to view the video image from the video recorder when traffic passes through the checkpoint, access to the site itself on port 8080, on which the video is viewed, no drops were found in the logs, the site is available, allowing the rule for all services. tell me what could be the problem?

we do not have any detailed information on this issue, there is a PC on which it connects to the site through port 8080, an internal and external checkpoint cluster is installed between them, we checked the logs on the internal

the problem was solved by adding the match for any flag to the http and https proxy object, which is used in the resolving rule
