failed to determine which member is in active state site

Afternoon,

I am trying to update a new cluster for the first time. Both members show that they are waiting on the same Jumbo HF, however when I select the cluster and attempt to install the update it fails due to the following message;

"Failed to determine which cluster member is in Active state."

What version/JHF are you starting from?
It may be that TAC is required to troubleshoot this further.

Believe a TAC case is in order here.
Unless you want to try to apply the JHF via CPUSE in the Gaia WebUI/CLI.
