Good stuff! I thought I recall reading here that QUIC should be left enabled but now hearing otherwise.
I'll probably follow this SK to block QUIC - sk111754 - HTTPS Inspection cannot inspect HTTPS traffic from Google Chrome web browser to web serve.... 

Question though...Would it make sense to keep QUIC disabled even after upgrading to R82 (currently on R81.10)?
I don't know how long it will be until I can configure https inspection for all.

Personally, I would. I have it like that in my lab. Speaking of QUIC, always makes me laugh a bit when I think of all the "pain" I went through to make that work in Aruba Silverpeak lab lol

HTTPS Categorization should support QUIC in R82 provided you are running in USFW mode (default in R82).
Which means once you upgrade your gateways to R82, it should be safe to allow it in your policy.
