Unable to login
We have created new user in bash domain & also we are able to login via putty as well as winscp.
But we are unable to login in gaia portal, giving below error massage.

R80.10 has been out of support since January ! Did you create the new user in GAiA Portal ? Using bash for user creation is not supported.

Unless the user was created with the appropriate clish command or via the WebUI, it doesn't officially exist.

I agree with all the points guys made. Can you send a screenshot/procedure on how you created this user? Its clear user does not have right privileges for web access.
