Traffic not working on Mobile phone

We have implemented Remote Access VPN. Both the blades enabled (IPsec and Mobile access). on Laptop, traffic is working over vpn tunnel but on mobile user is able to Autheticate but traffic is not working over tunnel. capsule VPN client is getting used on mobile.

We definitely need more info to help. First off, are there any logs indicating this failure in smart console? Did it ever work?

Is Capsule VPN one of the allowed clients on your gateway?
Change it in the gateway/cluster object here:

This is already selected on gateway properties. Actually,, user is getting autheticated successfully on mobile in capsule connect client. Only issue is that he is not able to connect to any internal resources.

Do you have proper rule allowing access?

It was strange things, we have disabled the Mobile Devices -iOS and Android clients option, pushed the policy and again enabled and pushed the policy. Traffic started working on mobile devices. But not sure how this could be?

I cant really answer that question, sometimes that sort of thing happens. I encountered it with ssl inspection and urlf blades in particular.

Not sure what version you are on, but personally, never had to do that in R81.20 myself.

Which client and gateway versions are involved, is the client connected via IPv6?

Its a 81.20 Take 89 and Capsule connect on Mobile phone
