I was just wondering if anyone have get the muh agent to work on a windows server 2019 installation. 

I can install the agent and connect it with my gateway, but it won’t recognize any users on the windows host. 

If there isn’t a quick fix, is there any info on when Srv 2019 will be supported?

Which version of the gateway is involved here?

Also, what does pdp idc muh show show?

I have R80.20 - Build 255 on the GW and using muh agent version R80.158.0000 and also tried the newest R80.172.0000. When I run your command i get the respons "the result of database query has no records"

Probably best to open a TAC case.

I manage to get it working, You had to disable “Secure Boot” on the server 2019 host. After that it will show all the connected users.
