R81.20 jumbo 24 file download

Hey guys,

Trying to help the customer with this, but having a challenge even in my lab. Make long story short, they have CP Azure mgmt server, R81.20 jumbo 24 and wanted to install latest jumbo 120, but verification failed indicating dir Last Take was missing in /opt/CPda/backup dir. I installed clean R81.20 mgmt in my lab and wanted to put jumbo 24 on top of it, but sadly, when I try add it via cloud, looks like it will work, shows up for few seconds in the view, then goes away. tried with installer import cloud command in clish, sits there for 20 mins, nothing.

I tried to see if there was local file download somewhere, but nothing in R81.20 jumbo site or support at all.

Anyone has an idea where I could get this file download? I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or is opening TAC case pretty much best option here? I really hope if I can install that jumbo, I can send the needed files to the customer and fingers crossed, would let them install latest jumbo on their end.

Best,
Andy

It should be available from the SK below else will need to be requested from TAC.

Hey Chris,

Sadly, no dice. I tried importing file via web UI, failed, clish gave me below. Guess will check with customer on Monday if they are okay going to R82 version, lets see what they say, we just may need to add new disk on Azure portal for that mgmt.

But thanks again for the link, really appreciated.

So you need an earlier take of the ISO per the error - which does the customer have?

Hey Chris,

In all honesty, considering I had known the client for 7 years now and he is so chilled, Im positive he will be totally fine with R82 upgrade suggestion. I just hope verification succeeds, because if so, then all we need to to is add another disk in Azure and we will be good to go.

I suspect R82 verification wont be an issue, since I tried it in my lab with no jumbo on R81.20 and was fine.

Best,
Andy
