Multiple users drop during Skype for Business Call
When holding a large Skype for Business Call. CPU usage spikes when users are joining causing multiple users to disconnect. Most of these users are connecting while on VPN some are not. This also occurs intermittently at different times during times of peak network utilization like at 9:00 AM while users are logging on and during lunch while users are surfing the web. This will cause VPN to drop but reconnect after a few seconds. During the SfB meeting user will have to reconnect. These are all remote users.

I assume these are VMs then, what resources have you allocated to the gateways?
Also, what precise rules are accepting the traffic?
