MAC Magic
hi chaps
noticed something and I'd like to understand what exactly does it mean, can anyone point me out or explain?
MAC Magic:
Configuration mode: Automatic
Configuration phase: Stable
MAC magic: 2
MAC forward magic: 1
Used MAC magic values:
0x01(001)
Thanks in advance
Jerry

In very simple terms, Magic MAC is how clusters who are connected to the same network identify they are part of a given cluster.
The Magic MAC also determines the MAC address that the appliance will use for their CCP packets as well.
All members of the cluster will have the same Magic MAC.
