Identity Collector - No users

Hello friends
Please support me with a problem with Identity Collector.
I already have a connection between the client domains, Identity Collector and the firewall cluster.
Events have been seen in the Identity Collector, but we have no identified users. What could it be due to?

The client domains run on Windows server 2016 and the Identity Collector is on Windows server 2012 R2. 

I'm wondering if it's an issue of the client's domain policies, what do you recommend checking?

Someone has been the same?
