How to identify/log TLS 1.0 and 1.1 VPN connections?

Hello, guys. We're considering to block TLS 1.0 and 1.1 VPN connections, but first we need to do a user identification to see how many of them are connected by TLS 1.1 and 1.0. How can we check/identify this traffic? There is a way to do it?

If we log it, it would be as part of the login/VPN connection record for the user.
Not sure we actually log that.
