How about Multi-queue algorithm for balance traffic to SND CPU

Hi

Anyone please explain the algorithm for multi-queue is same with dynamic dispatcher when distribute load to fw instance base on cpu utilization or not.

I found some cpu on SND high usage for long time and need to make sure this issue will not impact to other connection.
