Bond is the way to go here.
Believe that's been the recommendation for a while here.

For synchronous interface, Bond, shall I choose active-Backup or 802.3AD?

802.3ad I believe is active/active, which gives you more throughput, active/backup does not.
Either should work.

So, the sync port doesn't need a lot of throughput, you also recommend 802.3AD?

In a busy environment, it can use up to 2GB, which if you're using 10GB ports, may be fine, but something to consider if you're using 1GB ports.
Really, it's up to you.

802.3 AD is the recommended, although you will not benefit of load sharing, cause it is multicast / broadcast (depending on ClusterXL mode) traffic anyway. It will not be balanced.
