Can we query active vpn user with client detail (username, ip address, duration) using SNMP ?

With oid .1.3.6.1.4.1.2620.500.9000 i'm only get about the tunnel such as source ip, vpn ip but i can't find who is connected.

I don’t think this is possible. To monitor normal vpn tunnel you need to add the remote peer ip to the OID. And even then you can only see stuff like if tunnel is up or down etc
But with vpn clients remote peer ip is dynamic making it not feasible
