It depends, 66% of our takedowns happen within the first 24 hours, 87% happen within 72 hours. I have seen take downs happen as fast as 20 min. We have an internal team that deals with takedowns, we do not outsource this capability and we monitor all TDs 24/7

Does the virtual patch option manage any firewall vendor or only Check Point? 

We integrate with most of the known firewalls - Check Point, Palo, Forti etc

Can this integrate with ticketing systems for vulnerability remediation?
