Error about View Changes function

Hi guys. I need help about this trouble. I had added some policy but when i use View Changes function, it not working. It's so weird.

My SMS is running R82.

Hi,

One of the reasons could be SmartConsole version is too old, or the Management Server is running an unsupported version/hotfix level.

Please make sure you are on latest jumbo.

I would say try installing database, cprestart and/or reboot, should fix it.

What actual changes were made and were they published?

I just got an email from the customer showing me this EXACT error, R82 mgmt. I asked them to reboot the mgmt, all good now. I mean, maybe would with cprestart, you can try that first, but technically, management can literally be rebooted any time.
