Changing Ca for SSL Network Extender

Hi All, 

ISP switched to backup connection after the internet connection suddenly cut off. The CA required for SSL Network Extender has been renewed. What would be the reason ?

What CA is being used?
In general, it shouldn't change.
In any case, it might be worth a TAC case to properly investigate this.
