A downgrade is not supported - you can do a full re-image, formatting the HD and do a complete reinstallation of R77.30. Everything else depends on your deployment and configuration...

Use isomorphic to create a bootable USB with the R77.30 ISO and install this image on the appliances. It requires complete re-installation and re-initialization of the TE images though.
