Our Check Point R81.10 Security Gateway leverages Identity Awareness on a dedicated server. We've integrated the Gateway with Active Directory and implemented access roles. However, users assigned the "Internet access" role experience intermittent internet disconnects when we try to give access based on their IP address the internet connection works well. While the Identity Awareness server is fetching and sending user logs to the Gateway, I'd appreciate any insights into potential causes or troubleshooting commands to verify access role or Identity Awareness functionality during these disconnects.
