The Windows tool is an SNMP server for SNMP v1 and v2c. It receives SNMP data or requests, displays incoming SNMP traps, and also provides a forwarding function that allows incoming SNMP traps to be forwarded to another IP address and a different port.
It is used for the analysis of SNMP traps in lab environments.

To use the tools, you may need the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package.
You can download it from Microsoft or directly here:

I use a free installer for the tools, the installer is unfortunately in German. Sorry!
