The Windows tool is a simple Port forwarding server and manager.
It allows incoming connections on a local port to be forwarded via TCP/UDP to a defined target IP address and target port. In the configuration, multiple forwarding rules can be enabled or disabled. This makes it possible to redirect network traffic from a local port to another service in a controlled way.

To use the tools, you may need the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package.
You can download it from Microsoft or directly here:

I use a free installer for the tools, the installer is unfortunately in German. Sorry!
