Renew VPN Cert through Watch Tower?

Getting vpn-1 server couldn't find any certificate for ike on my 1530 locally managed appliance. I looked and the vpn cert expired today. I can't connect via VPN but can connect via Watch Tower. I've been googling trying to figure out if I can renew the cert through Watch Tower but just finding instructions for renewing it via a centrally managed appliance. Can I renew the cert through Watch Tower?

Watch Tower should allow you to access the device WebUI where you can reinitalize the certificates via Device > Certificates > Internal Certificate.
