R81.10.05 Central Management issues

I currently have a 1600 and a 1800 appliance on my desk for testing. After activating cebtral management, my R81.20 Dashboard shows several issues with these units:

GWs.jpg

- Gateways & Servers show the connection to the SMB as broken. All blades are green, but licenses are missing:

Licenses are available in SmartUpdate, though!

- No TP blades from SMB are listed in TP Update tab, only those from GAiA GWs:

Do other central managed deployments also show these issues ? How to resolve them ? @Amir_Ayalon ?

TAC has resolved the issue with the following procedure:

  • Run the following commands on the Management Server:
    1. # cd $CPDIR/database/
    2. # cp entitlement_status_collector_db.C entitlement_status_collector_db.C.bkup
    3. # cpstop; rm entitlement_status_collector_db.C;cpstart
  • Run the following commands on the gateway:
    1. # cd $CPDIR/database/
    2. # cp entitlement_status_collector_db.C entitlement_status_collector_db.C.bkup
    3. # cpstop; rm entitlement_status_collector_db.C;cpstart
  • Wait for 10 minutes and check the license status in the SmartConsole

Now everything is green, GW is listed in TP GWs and licenses and GW data are displayed as expected.
