Problems with check point 1590

I have a problem with 1590 devices when I try to connect to my core server I get the following error: Trust is established with the security management server. However unable to fetch the security policy from the management server

This only happens to me with 1590 with other devices I have no problem

What about Dashboard, is SIC ok there ? What about SIC test ? What about policy push in Dashboard, does SMB connect then ?

How are the 1590s defined in SmartConsole?
Is the management server directly reachable by that IP address?

K, so even putting away technical aspect for a moment ,your description 100% tells us its problem with 1590 device, for sure. Phoneboy asked valid questions, if you could confirm those, would be helpful.
