Firmware R77.20.87 for Checkpoint Appliance 1470

I have reset factory default to my check point device and need to upload the latest firmware R77.20.87 without connecting to production (offline install). Please advice , how do I achieve and download the firmware location.

Open a ticket in UserCenter with Account Services - they can check your support status and why you are unable to download the firmware !

According to your UserCenter details, you do not have any products associated with your user at all, including your SMB appliance. To download any software, you have to have a valid product and software subscription in place. 

Find the UserCenter account where your SMB appliance is listed and check if you have a valid support in place. If you do, use that UC account to download the software package.

The latest build of this release is available for download from sk153433. You can then upgrade from the Web UI or via USB.

No problem - use this link sk153433: Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R77.20.87 and download Build 990173120 ! This is the lates build and can be installed using Device > System Operations > Manual Upgrade.

Try to contact CP TAC using chat - they can transfer the firmware to your desktop !
