Hello,
I have a problem with telephone connections to my SLACAN exchange.
SIP connection is valid but blocked by UTM Checkpoint 750.
Only outgoing connections work.
Incoming calls from outside (city) are not working. The headquarters does not speak.
The logs show that the connection from the SIP server comes and is accepted by the firewall, but the connection is not established.
What else can I do to start the connection?
I have a Checkpoint 750 in another location and the SIP routing is working. But the telephony service provider is a different company.
