We have a problem with a 730 appliance. On the security logs we noticed anti-bot critical warnings:
Description
Failed to connect to Check Point Anti Malware detection service.
Update Status
Failed
Reason
Could not connect to "cws.checkpoint.com:80". Check proxy configuration on the gateway.
But when I try to execute command curl_cli -vk http://cws.checkpoint.com from expert mode I get OK.
License is valid, anti-bot is up to date (scheduler is set to check new content every 2 hours).
So, what does this log meat? How to solve this? How to check if anti-bot works propertly?
