1900 block randomly after install policy

hello, i have management with r81.20 take 99, with checkpoint 1900 version r81.0.17  ( approximate 30 gateway, cluster and single)

after random installation the above error appears, I also opened the issue with TAC, they asked me for gaia logs but they are smb :), you can't access them anymore, everything is blocked, it is re-opened with a reboot from the button

Stick with CP TAC and escalate the issue, do a RAS with some specialists and they will resolve it! I, myself a SMB specialist, could not conclude anything from your description so live session would be the best way to a solution!

I saw one post where this was fixed with latest version available for smb, but if thats already installed, as @G_W_Albrecht  suggested, probably best to escalate. Did you try zdebug?
