Harmony SASE client with a particular error.

Hello community

I'm receiving the following error message in the Harmony SASE client: "Certificate does not match - cannot create a secure connection." It's important to note that this is happening with an organization's internal clients, which have restrictions on AD, browsing, and antivirus. This error doesn't occur with external users using the same client. Perhaps someone has experienced this and knows how to resolve it.

Did you make sure to install cert on endpoint? Same like you would for ssl inspection.

Check your device posture profiles configured on SASE. You might have a specific rule that requires a certificate. It may have a dedicated Device Posture Check for internal users based on a group
