Remote user IP assignment details

Hi All,

I have a Checkpoint Remote VPN setup where certain users part of a group XYZ get IP addresses assigned from a pool configured in the ipassignment.conf file. Other users who are not part of the group XYZ get ip addresses from the Office Mode pool.

This setup was done a long time back and is working.

Is there any command/file where the IP addresses assigned to active users is saved. I remember I had seen this but just unable to recall the command or file where this info is stored.

Thanks in advance.

Try:

fw tab -t userc_users -f -u
CCSM R77/R80/ELITE

Sounds like you might be thinking of $FWDIR/conf/ipassignment.conf file possibly?

You can run the following command on the gateway, in order to see the number of OM IPs which are currently assigned by the gateway to any client (RA VPN, SNX, MAB...):

# fw tab -t om_assigned_ips -s

MAB users: listusers - Shows a list of MAB end-users connected to the gateway, along with their source IP addresses.
