Problem with SMS with DynamicID verification code

Periodically we have problem with SMS with DynamicID verification code when user try to authenticate to Mobile Access portal. Is it possible to automatically check if there is a problem just now? For example, in this scenario:
by a special user, perform regular login and password login. If the SMS status is sent, then 0, if the problem is with sending, then 1.Depending on this, send notifications to the administrator.
Perhaps someone has already encountered this, or maybe CheckPoint has similar scripts?
