Hello everyone,
I'm currently facing an issue in our company where VPN connections are not working on Windows 11 clients. We are using Windows 11 24H2 Build 26100.2894, and device management is handled via Microsoft Intune.
The problem occurs during the VPN login process—clients are unable to establish a connection. We've verified the VPN configuration settings, and everything appears to be correct. This issue seems to affect all devices with the mentioned build.
Additionally, an error message indicates a malfunction of the VN adapter, which might be related to the connection issue. We use Version VPN E87.31 Build 986104717
Has anyone experienced a similar problem or have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot or resolve this issue?
Thanks in advance for your support!
The issue with 24H2 is known and there is a workaround until we release a version with a fix integrated.

I just changed the route_conflict_resolution_method to “modify”. But the problem seems to be the same. Is there something else i can do ? The problem seems like to be with the VN Adapter-
Believe this requires restarting the VPN service or rebooting.
Did you do either of those?
Otherwise, this will likely require a TAC case: https://help.checkpoint.com
I have the same issue. Is there any progress? I upgraded to 88.62, but it didn't work. I tried the routes from sk182749, but still no result.
Did you rin vpn check_ttm command after modification?
Andy
@ZSEagle Btw, I have file TAC sent me that works 100%. If need be, can attach it for you. let me know.
Andy
Thank you for your response. I waited for my customer to test it, but unfortunately, there was no change after the modifications I made. Where can you send me the file?
