Message when generating a certificate: There is already a certificate with the specified details

Hi,

I need to generate a new certificate for a remote access VPN (cisco router) and I mistakenly included the serialnumber of the router in the CSR. I then uploaded it to the internal ICA management portal and ofcourse got a certificate. But then I found out I didn't need to include the serialnumber in the CSR. I then revoked the certificate and generated a new CSR, but when I use this new CSR to generate a certificate I get the message: Failed creating certificate. There is already a certificate with the specified details.

How can I recreate a new CSR or delete a revoked certificate from the internal ca?
