How remote access user change or reset password by themself ?
For the local user on geatway.
Can reset by endpoint security or mobile application ?

This is something they can potentially do if you implement this option: Supporting more Complex Passwords without using a RADIUS/TACACS+ Server
One downside to this approach is that it locks the Gaia WebUI while someone logs in to change their password.
Otherwise, users with credentials using "Internal Password" cannot change their own password.
