Endpoint Security VPN connection under Windows domain account not working

Hello,

If I have a computer outside the domain network, VPN works fine.

If my computer is part of a domain network, VPN does not work.

I tried it on several computers, outside and part of the domain.

The same result every time.

The same version of Windows, VPN client, and credentials.

I use Windows Server 2016, client Windows 10 1903 or 1909.

It is necessary to influence the domain policy and eventually how?

Define "domain network" -- networks behind your firewall?
If you're on a network behind your gateway, I wonder why you need to use VPN at all.
Please describe the intended use case here.

Also, define "not work":

  • What errors do you see on the client?
  • What version of the client?
  • What do you see in the logs on your gateway?
  • What version of the gateway?

Hello,

We are in our Windows domain network and using this VPN to connect sometimes few pc another organization from which we received this Endpoint Security VPN client.

I was download newer version E81.40 Build  986101004 but the same problem.

A PC that is not part of a Windows domain has the same network range like IP,GW.

The VPN connection after entering the certificate password will be successful.

A PC that is not part of a Windows domain has the same network range like IP,GW.

PC that is part of a domain network and has the same network like as PC in 1 point not working. After you enter the certificate password, the VPN application window flashes quickly and returns to login. 

There is no extended policy within the Windows domain, only folder redirection.

I tested it on several PCs and always the same condition.

Maybe it would be better to send a video as it goes.

A video might help.
But you also missed a couple of the other questions I've asked.
