After adding IP in current native application mobile access unable to connect

Hi Folks,

 

We have a mobile access blade enabled. Native applications are added in policies. Whenever we add IP in the existing policy/native application the mobile access/network extender unable to connect. Kindly suggest.

I'm not following exactly what you did here.
Screenshots would be exceptionally helpful.
