Spark R82.00.11 Early Availability program is now open for registration.

As part of this program, we are looking for selected customers and partners to validate the release, test the new capabilities, and share feedback before GA.

This release includes multiple UI enhancements, remote health monitoring capabilities, and important security fixes, along with several new features and improvements.

Release highlights:

  • Dynamic Routing with IPv6 - WebUI support for BGP and OSPFv3 configuration over IPv6.
  • Inbound SSL Inspection - Inspect encrypted inbound traffic to improve security visibility and protection for locally managed gateways.
  • Export/Import VPN Remote Access Users - Easily export and import Remote Access VPN users between Spark gateways in locally managed environments.
  • Cluster Management from Primary Member - Perform selected operations on secondary members directly from the primary Spark gateway, such as license activation and shell access from the UI.
  • OpenTelemetry (Skyline) - Export device health and security telemetry for advanced monitoring in Smart-1 Management.
  • AIOps support in the Check Point Portal for Smart-1 Management.
  • IOC feed improvements.

  • SMB 25xx Family

 

How you can participate:

As part of the EA program, we would appreciate your support in installing the new image, testing the new capabilities, and providing feedback on the new features, general functionality, and overall version stability.

Testing in a production environment is preferred. If production testing is not possible, testing in a semi-production, staging, or lab environment is also welcome.
