I’m thrilled to announce that our SandBlast Agent Cloud management platform support our new SandBlast agent for Linux, and it’s already in public EA Stage and would become  GA very soon.

The SandBlast Agent for Linux has two strong engines

The first one will protect your machine with Check Point Anti Malware engine.

The second one is our Threat Hunting engine, which will let you investigate, drill-down, and dig into the details.

For Linux machines, we will be supporting StrongSWAN as a VPN client (not providing our own option).
Anti-Malware is another name for Anti-Virus.

That is the plan, yes.

'CPAN' is the 'Comprehensive Perl Archive Network' and 'cpan' one of the clients to install Perl modules from CPAN.

Using 'cpam' for your cli app looks the same and is also easily mistyped. Please think about that and rename it before going GA.

One more suggestion regarding naming: the GUI calls it 'policy version' while the CLI outputs 'policy number' which is quite misleading. When I first saw it in the video I thought that one client can have more than one policy applied.
