Hi all,

I tried an install of Take 24 and afterwards the logging was emtpy with a message about could not connect to logging service.

Luckily i could roll back to a snapshot.

Has anyone see this before?

I was updating the SmartConsole first, the FW had not had the update installed.

I did not encounter that issue in my R81.20 lab. Do you have separate smart event or no?

No, we dont. I am dont know whether the issue stems from the FW not having the update run first?

Weird. I always do mgmt first and never had the problem. I even rolled back, did fw first this time and did not encounter any issues.
