You won't be able to do much on the CLI either in terms of configuration until you install a new license.
Generate an evaluation license, which will provide you a license and instructions for how to install via the CLI.

You need to generate eval license and then simply copy what it gives you for the management, it would show cplic put and so on, just copy whole thing to expert mode, no need to reboot or anything, it will instantly work.
