updateable objects problem r80.40

Can someone give me a hint why on the left side webex, dropbox and more are missing? Two mgmt servers. Both r80.40HFA 91.

Hi Chris,

FYI, TAC pointed me to sk174066, I have followed the steps and now all UOs categories appear in the list.

Sounds like a TAC case since they both should getting information on updatable objects via the cloud.

I'm glad that you have it. Wonder why that could happen. It's funny. The picture without webex etc. are from the R80.40 demo mode but also seen at customer site.

As above I've only seen this in two scenarios:

1. Some connectivity issue exists between SMS and the Cloud

2. Customer was using Demo mode.

 

Which version and JHF Management is used in your case and the build of SmartConsole used?

I am definitely not using Demo mode
From sk122636, I have run curl_cli --cacert $CPDIR/conf/ca-bundle.crt https://updates.checkpoint.com/WebService/services/DownloadMetaDataService?wsdl  on the SmartCenter Server and it resulted in this...

We are running R81, JHF T77

I have also opened a TAC case, let's see what becomes of that
